Our Policies

Items that are listed as ready for purchase are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  Items that need to be custom crafted may take 3-4 weeks to ship.  Usually, it will be much faster, but I cannot guarantee a quicker turn around time.  If I will be gone for a length of time, that information will be posted on the home page.

Items are shipped via U.S. Post Office.

Returns

My goal is complete customer satisfaction. Items that are in unused, resellable condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Understandably, items that are personalized cannot be sold to others and therefore cannot be returned.
